Along the way, you'll learn a lot about how your body really works, and you'll get to know your own body--and how powerful it is--in ways you never would otherwise.
Understanding powerful anatomical root motions also helps you understand other martial arts, from Choi Li Fut to pentjak silat to ninjutsu. You'll learn how all styles draw on similar anatomical foundations.

In addition to our root motions, Praxis Martial Arts techniques all emerge from a careful scientific study of martial principles--the governing forces that drive all martial arts regardless of style. These are the keys to unlocking the potential of martial arts and your ability to protect yourself. These principles are akin to Newton's Third Law of Motion: "For every action, there is an equal and opposite reaction." Like Newton's Third Law, all principles affect every martial technique from jujitsu to Southern Praying Mantis kung fu.
